 <UI><LI>All images are copyright to the photographer.</LI><LI>Purchase order/ work order is mandatory before commencing job no material s shall be released with  signed copy of PO/WO</LI><LI>Images created for the Client / Agency are meant for print medium within India region only.</LI><LI>Any further image manipulation or color correction has to be done with the consent of the photographer</LI><LI>No personnel of the Client / Agency is permitted to use any kind of photographic recording equipment on Location / Set / Studio without permission / consent of the photographer.</LI><LI>Wireless and Bluetooth enabled equipment shall not be operated without the photographer’s prior consent</LI><LI>No portable mass storage device will be permitted on Location / Set / Studio without prior permission / consent of the photographer.</LI><LI>Photographer shall only handover 5 - 10 images of final selects per shot.</LI><LI>Only Low-resolution images of short listed images shall be provided to Client/ Agency for final selection. Provision of final files shall be in TIFF format.</LI><LI>Selection of final image has to be done within 7 days from last day of shoot.</LI><LI>Photographer is not responsible for data 7 days from last day of shoot.</LI><LI>Any data delivered to Client / Agency should be verified, checked and transferred for storage immediately on acceptance of delivery. Any retrieval of data beyond 14 days after shoot, shall be calculated at the mentioned rate and billed at the same.
