The programmes of Pratibha are based on the belief that all knowledge is within the self. All right actions based on right knowledge is possible, only if the true mirror is there. This mirror is also in you. Pratibha just turns you inward. ..rightly…by it's programmes, which are "Philosophically Intellectual as well as Practically Experiential". All these were designed based on the practical utility aspect of the ancient eastern knowledge base.

Pre- Workshop
  • One interview with the Head of HR to understand the 'Real need'.
  • Accumulation of data from multiple levels of the organisation, which are to participate in the program [The data assimilation is done by Pratibha using the scientific tools developed in-house]. 
  • Briefing meeting with the Head of HR to outline the substratum on which the program is specifically developed based on the analysis of the data.

Workshop

  • The tools and the manual containing ' Take home message' with the ' Designed games ' inferences will be attuned to the need of the participant group as perceived and concluded in the final meeting with HR.
  • Subjective and objective feedback forms will be filled up by the participants to gauge the impact and the utility of the training program.


Post-Workshop

  • A detailed report (Only on request) shall be prepared, highlighting
